HALLOWEEN IN BURBANK-over 750 kids!

This has to be one of the busiest streets in Burbank on Halloween night. Lots of neighbors decorate and have sounds, too. Every year between 700 and 900 kids treat-or-treat here (incl. High School age)! Its a major party.
